Send SMS

Managers utilize the Send SMS page to send messages to specific users or groups within a school or organization, allowing them to share essential updates, notifications, or reports via SMS.

To open it, select SMS from the main menu, and then select Send SMS

To send an SMS to a group of users or specific users:

  1. Click the SMS Templates button to choose a predefined template if required or create a new one.
  2. Check your SMS balance displayed at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the Send SMS button to start composing your message.
  4. Select a template from the dropdown, or leave it blank to type your own message.
  5. Enter your message in the provided text box.
  6. In the School field, select the relevant school from the dropdown or search by name. (if you are targeting more than one school)
  7. In the To field, choose the recipients from the dropdown list.
  8. Click the Send button to complete the action.
  9. Click the Send button to proceed.
