Recharge Balance

The Recharge Balance screen helps you recharge your school’s different groups SMS balance:

• View SMS balance
• Recharge SMS balance
• Select and manage school groups
• Recharge credit for specific schools

To Recharge SMS Balance:

1. Under the School Groups dropdown, you can select the group of schools you want to manage and recharge balance for.
2. Below the groups, you can select individual schools from the Schools dropdown menu.
3. In the Credit field, scroll up and down using the arrows to increase/decrease the amount of SMS credit you want to recharge for the selected school, then press the Recharge button to apply.

Note: You can not add credit more than the selected group balance.
