Lectures Absences Detailed Report

To Generate a Lectures Absences Detailed Report:

  1. Click Absences from the main menu, then choose Lectures Absences Detailed Report.
  2. Set the starting date in the From field.
  3. Set the ending date in the To field.
  4. Click Search to generate the report.
  5. A table containing percentages about the students’ lecture absences is shown, so drag the scroll bar vertically and horizontally to browse the whole data in the general report.
  6. Click Export to Excel to export the report to an Excel sheet.
