CPay Installment Plans Facility

CPay now provides more facilities and ease of payment of school and course fees, enabling credit card installments in both KSA and Egypt.

KSA Installments: 3rd Party Providers #
  • If you’re looking to pay for school fees or training courses in installments using third-party providers like MasterCard, Visa, or Amazon, here’s a guide to help you through the process:
  1. Check Eligibility and Availability
  • MasterCard: Contact your bank to check if they offer installment plans on your MasterCard. Not all banks provide this service.
  • Visa: Similarly, inquire with your bank about installment options on your Visa card.
  • Amazon: If you’re purchasing through Amazon, check if the product or service is eligible for Amazon’s installment plan.

2. CPay Supported Banks in KSA

CPay supports 6 major banks in KSA, however, we can receive a customization request from the school or training center to integrate with their preferred third-party provider, provided that the required API is available and the integration cost is paid.

3. Review Terms and Conditions

  • Understand the terms and conditions associated with the installment plans. This includes interest rates, payment terms, and any applicable fees.
  • Ensure you are aware of any late or missed payment penalties.

4. Check Your Credit Card’s Installment Plan Options

  • Contact your credit card provider to confirm if they offer installment payment plans.
  • Inquire about the interest rates, fees, and available terms (e.g., 3, 6, 12 months) for these plans.

5. Determine the Total Amount to be Paid

  • Calculate the total cost of the school fees or training courses.
  • Ensure that your credit card limit can cover the total amount.

6. Choose an Installment Plan

  • Based on the available plans, choose the one that best suits your financial situation; starting from 3 months and up to 24 months through CPay. Note that there are fees to be paid by the school every month: 70 Saudi Riyal for each month of installment rather than the fees set by the providing bank. The school should be paying these fees. For example, you have divided your payment into 3 monthly installments, so the school should pay 210 SR. The school may pay it totally or agree on certain percentages with the parent to be divided between both of them.
  • Consider the length of the installment period and the monthly payment amount.
  • When making the payment, request to pay in installments through your credit card.
  • Specify the installment period you have chosen (e.g., 6 months).

7. Confirm the Installment Plan

  • After the transaction, confirm with your credit card provider that the payment has been divided into installments.
  • Check your credit card statement to ensure that the installments are reflected accurately.

8 . Plan Your Monthly Payments

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the monthly installment payments.
  • Set up automatic payments or reminders to avoid missing any due dates.
